Any Order or purchase made by you using this website is an acknowledgement by you that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years, you accept these terms and agree that you have entered into a legal contract with us in relation to these terms.

We reserve the right to take legal action and seek compensation for any loss or damage we may suffer as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, from the parent or guardian of a minor who causes an Order to be placed.

Usage by Minors

This Site is not intended for or directed to persons who are minors (typically persons under the age of 18, depending on where you live). Because we cannot prohibit minors from accessing, viewing, browsing, visiting or using the Site, we must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising minors to decide which materials are appropriate for minors to view and/or purchase. By registering with this Site, purchasing products from us or providing us with any information, you represent to us that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding contract (18 years of age or older in most jurisdictions) and that any information you provide to us is not inaccurate, deceptive or misleading.

We require that all purchases be made by individuals who are not minors and who can legally enter into binding contracts (typically persons 18 years of age or older, depending on where you live.

Nicotine Sales to Minors

We will not sell nicotine or nicotine related products to anyone who is not of legal age to purchase and use tobacco or nicotine products under applicable law. We cannot be held responsible for minors purchasing nicotine or nicotine related products with a parent or guardian’s credit card. By placing your order for nicotine or a nicotine related product you are confirming that you are of legal age to purchase and use nicotine products in the state, country or territory where you are based. We may restrict the purchase of nicotine related products in your area.

Returns Policy

Please choose carefully, we are unable to offer an exchange policy for change of mind on your purchase. If an item is incorrect, or has been received damaged please let us know within 21 days after receipt of your order.

E-Liquid: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on e-liquid that does not meet personal flavor expectations. In accordance with our strict Quality Control guidelines, returned e-liquid could never be re-used for any purpose, so will not be accepted.

Consumable Hardware: Consumable hardware such as atomizers, cartomizers and cartridges are non-refundable unless proven to be defective. Defective consumable products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase.

Warranty

For faulty equipment, within 12 months from the date of purchase, the equipment may be returned for replacement, in the event of a manufacturing defect.

All warranty exchanges require Proof of Purchase to establish that the claim is within the warranty period. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products or equipment, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

If your equipment is faulty, it will be replaced with identical equipment. If we cannot replace the equipment, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty equipment.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders, which you’ll need to arrange and pay for. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement equipment will be sent out to you, at no extra charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty equipment.

Our Returns Postal Address

We will notify you via email or support ticket of our return address. When returning your equipment, please make sure you provide the following details:

Your full name
Your order number
Reason why you are returning the equipment.
Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your equipment, will help us tremendously. Also, if you haven’t previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.

Privacy Policy

For your privacy, any issues relating to this site will be discreetly and confidentially handled, including purchasing, payment options, packaging and contacts. Your credit card statement will be billed with the name “Vape Dog”. Any information we receive from you is purely so we can efficiently deliver your goods, or to communicate information you choose to receive. We will not share your information with any other party under any circumstances.

Data Policy

You can be rest assured that using our website to pay for your order is done in a secure environment. We do not store, process or transmit any credit card data. Your payments are processed securely via Direct Payment Solutions (DPS), Stripe, or PayPal.

The Vaping Loyalty Club

Your Vaping Loyalty Points will only be awarded to your account, once full payment of your order has been made and your order has been dispatched.
Vaping Loyalty Points will not be awarded for bonus (Free) items, items “On Sale”, courier costs, selected equipment, gift vouchers, or toward redeemed Vaping Loyalty Points when placing an order. Vaping Loyalty Points will only be awarded to full priced items.
Vaping Loyalty Points can not be used (redeemed) towards/on items that are “On Sale”, some selected products, gift vouchers, nor courier costs.
Vaping Loyalty Points will not be awarded to cancelled, declined or fraudulent orders.
Vaping Loyalty Points can not be exchanged or transferred into cash.
Vaping Loyalty Points can not be reassigned to orders already placed under or as a “Guest”, nor orders already placed.
Vaping Loyalty Points can not be claimed or redeemed to past orders.
Vaping Loyalty Points will expire in 30 days from the date of acquisition.

Please note: We reserve the right to cancel or alter our Vaping Loyalty Points program at any time. If, for any reason we decide to alter or cancel this program, your earned and accumulated Vaping Loyalty Points will not be affected and will always be available for you to use at your convenience. Price

Prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices do not include any costs associated with set-up or installation, which shall be your responsibility. Prices may not include delivery and handling charges. We may vary any prices on this website at any time without notice to you.

Each published saving in respect of a product is by reference to the recommended retail price of the manufacturer or our normal ticketed price.

Unless otherwise stated, any accessories, shown in any image of products are not included in the price.

We reserve the right to correct any errors.
